If you have ever wondered what this fascination of sailing is all about, and have dreamed of sailing Canada's Gulf islands around Victoria, here is your chance! We have a 35 foot Beneteau moored in Oak Bay (about 10 minutes drive from downtown Victoria).

We offer cruise and learn charters (CYA) and tours ranging from half a day to a week or more with the above vessel.. While our focus is the Victoria area, we also venture further afield to such attractive cruising waters as the Gulf Islands, San Juan waters and of course, Desolation Sound.

Our focus, besides sailing, is wildlife and coastal exploration. We bring along a variety of books on marine life, and natural history of this magnificent cruising area of ours. Our knowledge of this area, gained by 15 years of experience cruising these waters will add to your enjoyment.

An inflatable is towed along on our day and overnight trips. This enables us to go ashore and explore islands. We can also provide you with fishing and crabbing gear if desired. Or if you like kayaking, we can take along our double kayak (a Klepper foldboat).

The islands we can visit on a half day or day tour out of Oak Bay are the Discovery and Chatham Islands. These are among the loveliest of the Gulf Islands - solitary, wild and natural, set against a backdrop of snow-capped mountains.
