Our Ocean Kayaking (and Sailing) tours are based out of Victoria . Most of the paddling we do is around Oak Bay and the Islands adjacent . This popular paddling area is located within 15 minutes by vehicle from downtown Victoria. Because our kayaks are trailered to our launch sites, we can also offer you kayaking in other areas which might be better suited to your interests and prevailiing conditions.

We also feature camping and back-country hiking to some of the most wild and beautiful areas of Canada's West Coast. Kayak camping tours offered range from the exotic rainforests and crashing surf on the West Coast of Vancouver Island, from Port Renfrew north to Hot Springs Cove,, to the Canadian Gulf Islands on the east coast.

But as you can see from the aerial photgraph, Oak Bay and the uninhabited Discovery- Chatham Islands, virtually on Victoria's "back steps " are a kayaker's and camper's paradise! And that's where we like to take most of our kayak groups as well as do our sailing.

Kayak Mothership tours: This year we are returning to our roots by bringing back our giant 45 foot freighter Canoe. In addition to offering support services on our longer camping trips this vessel will enable us to re-introduce our popular kayak mothership tours to the Discovery and Chatham Islands off Oak Bay. This wilderness area, formerly the domain of experienced paddlers only, will now be accessible to even beginners with this vessel of ours.
