TOUR C- 5 DAY SOUTHERN GULF ISLAND-KAYAKING TREK ..
This kayak tour  begins and ends in  Victoria.  After a visit to Discovery Island, we head north along the international border to visit some of the least explored areas of the southern Gulf islands.  Our Giant Canoe is used as a support vessel. Campsites we will visit include Sidney Island, Portland Island, Isle de Lise and Cabbage Islan
d marine parks. Cabbage is a an isolated island, featuring sandy beaches for camping, and shallow  warm waters for swimming and for those so inclined, practicing kayak skills.  Located to the east of  Saturna island,  Cabbage Island features panoramic views of the straits and mainland Canada.  This island is also a convenient base from which to explore the fascinating cliffs and  sandstone formations  of Tumbo Island adjacent.  An optional side tour of the American San Juan islands may also be included.

Our  return trip to Victoria in the open straits often produces surprises such as dolphins, sea lions and killer whales. With a camping season that runs comfortably from March to November, this region of the gulf Islands is probably the mildest and driest to be found around Vancouver Island - if not Canada.  This kayak camping tour is for persons who are seeking a more relaxed pace - and some of the creature comforts that only a 47 foot support vessel (our Giant Canoe) can provide.

Price Five Day Kayak Mothership Tour: $950. Can. all inclusive. for paddlers ( Minimum 6 persons. max 8 paddlers.
Enquire for departure dates
Includes all food, kayaking and camping equipment, dry bags, use of inflatable, fishing gear, guides, park fees, as well as transfers. Tour excludes fishing licenses.
